Last week I went to Ladd Dental in Kokomo, the dental assistants were very friendly. My complaint is for Dr Patel, when he came into see me he was looking at the exray. My teeth had been hurting me for several weeks and I had been on 1500 mg of antibotic as my teeth had been infected. Dr Patel proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong with my teeth I ask him why were they hurting he said he did not know but it was not my teeth. I ask him how he planned to treat my teeth, he said he would put me on a stronger antibotic and I could come back in4 weeks. I told him I did not have time to run back and forth, he told me that my time was not his concern. My pain was over the top and had reduced me to tears. An appoint was made with an oral surgeon however I could no longer take the pain and had an emergency extraction the next day. The problem was that my teeth had small fractures causing the problem. Dr Patel was arrogant, and rude and did not seem to know what he was doing. I have worked with the public a very long time and never have I spoke to a client or make them to seem unimportant as he did to me.
